If any product tracking labels are removed from the products it will void any warranty covered by Wally's Lights LLC.
Products not used within the specifications listed for the product will void any warranty or return policies.
When a prebuy or direct shipped order is placed you agree to and understand that these orders are shipped direct from the factory via Sea Freight and may not be cancelled, edited, or refunded once fulfilled. Shipping times vary but are typically delivered between 35-95 days from label creation. Prebuy order changes and cancellations may be requested up until the order is fulfilled via email to info@wallyslights.com. A Prebuy order is considered fulfilled once a tracking number is provided and the status shows “label created”. Once an order is fulfilled the order may not be cancelled, adjusted, or refunded and the “Return Policy” will take effect.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.
Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 15 minutes from 6am-3pm from the time they are received. Wally’s Lights Support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations requests may be sent via email and will be reviewed as applicable.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days for new and unused products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If an exchange is not available a refund will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Orders may be returned in new and unopened condition with a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. If the return label is provided by Wally's Lights LLC the price of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Gift Cards are Nonreturnable
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will only be offered within 120 days after the original order date. After 120 days you may be offered store credit.
Refunds for “Prebuy” orders are only offered after the order is returned in accordance with our “Return Policy”
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 of days.
All Returns for refund need to be sent within 14 days of receiving your return label.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please fill out the product issue report on the website to start a return/exchange process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wallyslights.com and we will give you return shipping information
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at info@wallyslights.com and we will provide return shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Incorrect Order Replacement
Any incorrect orders must be reported within 14 days of delivery. After this time frame it is up to the customer to return the product(at the customers expense) and request a refund.
